More than once on my MacBook Pro, I had audio only in my left AirPods Pro and it was the most annoying problem. At first, I checked charge on both of the AirPods Pro and both were fine.

I took my right AirPods Pro of my ear – music stopped…but again, no audio.

I tried resetting the AirPods Pro per Apple’s suggestion.

I tried taking out my right AirPods Pro of my ear – music stopped…but again no audio.

Then I posed the question on my work Slack and luckily my pals John and Jack chimed and told me this tidbit.

On your Mac, open System Preferences.

Go to Audio, then Output.

Ensure your balance isn’t off on one side. Mine was set to all left.
With that — there’s your solution!
